Fall into Fitness: Enjoy 1 Free Workout Session This Season!
Athletic Achievements:
During my senior year, I had an exceptional football season, rushing for 1,212 yards and scoring 11 touchdowns. As a result, I was invited to the Pinellas County All-Star game and nominated to the St. Petersburg Times All-County team. I also showcased my athletic abilities in basketball, helping the team reach the regionals. My passion for track and field led me to excel, placing 3rd in the state for long jump and 6th in the National Scholastic Indoor Championship held in New York City.
College Journey:
Following my high school achievements, I earned a full scholarship to play football at North Dakota State University. Throughout my college career, I had a notable impact, breaking the career kick-off and punt return yardage records. I received several accolades, including being a 3-time Preseason All-American, 2-time All Great West Football Conference 1st team, and 2-time All Missouri Valley Football Conference 2nd team. In 2007, I was honored with the Great West Conference Special Teams Player of the Year award.
Transition to Personal Training:
After completing my college education with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, I returned to Florida with the intention of pursuing a professional football career. Unfortunately, multiple knee injuries hindered my progress. However, during this challenging time, I discovered my true passion for training, working out, and overall fitness. I realized that helping others improve their health and well-being was my calling leading me to earn my personal training certification through National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM).
Coaching Experience:
In 2020, I began my coaching career at Boca Ciega High School, where I served as the wide receiver coach and strength and conditioning coach until 2024. Working with the youth opened my eyes to the impact I could make in improving the human body through exercise. It was during this time that I decided to establish "The Art of Fitness," a unique approach to personal training and coaching.

As an artistic personal trainer, I bring creativity, passion, and a deep understanding of the human body to my clients. I believe that fitness is not just about physical strength, but also about nurturing the mind and spirit.
